The CRRMA has received, or will receive federal financial assistance from the US DOT and TxDOT. As a condition of receiving this assistance, the CRRMA has agreed to comply with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d-42 2000d-4 and all requirements imposed by or pursuant to Title 49, Code of Federal Regulation, Department of Transportation.
